　　疏水閥要能“識(shí)別”蒸汽和凝結(jié)水，才能起到阻汽排水作用。“識(shí)別” 蒸汽和凝結(jié)水基于三個(gè)原理：密度差、溫度差和相變。于是就根據(jù)三個(gè)原理制造出三種類型的疏水閥，分類為機(jī)械型、熱靜力型、熱動(dòng)力型。

　　機(jī)械型也稱浮子型，是利用凝結(jié)水與蒸汽的密度差，通過(guò)凝結(jié)水液位變化，使浮子升降帶動(dòng)閥瓣開啟或關(guān)閉，達(dá)到阻汽排水目的。機(jī)械型疏水閥的過(guò)冷度小，不受工作壓力和溫度變化的影響，有水即排，加熱設(shè)備里不存水，能使加熱設(shè)備達(dá)到最佳換熱效率。最大背壓率為80%，工作質(zhì)量高，是生產(chǎn)工藝加熱設(shè)備最理想的疏水閥。

　　Mechanical type, also known as float type, utilizes the density difference between condensed water and steam to adjust the liquid level of condensed water, causing the float to rise and fall and drive the valve disc to open or close, achieving the purpose of blocking steam and draining water. Mechanical drain valves have low undercooling and are not affected by changes in working pressure and temperature. Water is discharged as soon as it is available, and there is no water stored in the heating equipment, which can achieve optimal heat transfer efficiency. The maximum back pressure rate is 80%, with high working quality, making it the most ideal drain valve for heating equipment in production processes.

　　機(jī)械型疏水閥有自由浮球式、自由半浮球式、杠桿浮球式、倒吊桶式等。

It can discharge saturated temperature condensed water, with a minimum subcooling of 0 ℃, and there is no water in the heating equipment, which can achieve the best heat transfer efficiency of the heating equipment. The back pressure rate is greater than 85%, making it one of the most ideal drain valves for heating equipment in production processes.

　　2.自由半浮球式疏水閥：

　　3. 杠桿浮球式疏水閥：

　　杠桿浮球式疏水閥基本特點(diǎn)與自由浮球式相同，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)是浮球連接杠桿帶動(dòng)閥芯，隨凝結(jié)水的液位升降進(jìn)行開關(guān)閥門。杠桿浮球式疏水閥利用雙閥座增加凝結(jié)水排量，可達(dá)到體積小排量大，最大疏水量達(dá)100噸/小時(shí)，是大型加熱設(shè)備最理想的疏水閥。

　　倒吊桶式疏水閥內(nèi)部是一個(gè)倒吊桶為液位敏感件，吊桶開口向下，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動(dòng)閥芯開閉閥門。倒吊桶式疏水閥能排空氣，不怕水擊，抗污性能好。過(guò)冷度小，漏汽率小于3%，最大背壓率為75%，連接件比較多，靈敏度不如自由浮球式疏水閥。因倒吊桶式疏水閥是靠蒸汽向上浮力關(guān)閉閥門，工作壓差小于0.1MPA時(shí)，不適合選用。

The inverted bucket type drain valve can discharge air, is not afraid of water hammer, and has good anti pollution performance. The subcooling degree is small, the steam leakage rate is less than 3%, the maximum back pressure rate is 75%, there are more connections, and the sensitivity is not as good as that of a free floating ball drain valve. Due to the fact that the inverted bucket drain valve relies on steam buoyancy to close the valve, it is not suitable for use when the working pressure difference is less than 0.1MPA.

　　組合式過(guò)熱蒸汽疏水閥有兩個(gè)隔離的閥腔，由兩根不銹鋼管連通上下閥腔，它是由浮球式和倒吊桶式疏水閥的組合，該閥結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)合理，在過(guò)熱、高壓、小負(fù)荷的工作狀況下，能夠及時(shí)地排放過(guò)熱蒸汽消失時(shí)形成的凝結(jié)水，有效地阻止過(guò)熱蒸汽泄漏，工作質(zhì)量高。最高允許溫度為600℃，閥體為全不銹鋼，閥座為硬質(zhì)合金鋼，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，是過(guò)熱蒸汽專用疏水閥，取得兩項(xiàng)國(guó)家專利，填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)空白。

　　二.熱靜力型疏水閥

　　這類疏水閥是利用蒸汽和凝結(jié)水的溫差引起感溫元件的變形或膨脹帶動(dòng)閥芯啟閉閥門。熱靜力型疏水閥的過(guò)冷度比較大，一般過(guò)冷度為15度到40度，它能利用凝結(jié)水中的一部分顯熱，閥前始終存有高溫凝結(jié)水，無(wú)蒸汽泄漏，節(jié)能效果顯著。是在蒸汽管道，伴熱管線、小型加熱設(shè)備，采暖設(shè)備，溫度要求不高的小型加熱設(shè)備上，最理想的疏水閥 。

　　This type of drain valve utilizes the temperature difference between steam and condensed water to cause deformation or expansion of the temperature sensing element, which drives the valve core to open and close the valve. The thermal static type drain valve has a relatively high degree of supercooling, generally ranging from 15 degrees to 40 degrees. 　　熱靜力型疏水閥有膜盒式、波紋管式、雙金屬片式等。

　　三.熱動(dòng)力型疏水閥

　　這類疏水閥根據(jù)相變?cè)?，靠蒸汽和凝結(jié)水通過(guò)時(shí)的流速和體積變化的不同熱力學(xué)原理，使閥片上下產(chǎn)生不同壓差，驅(qū)動(dòng)閥片開關(guān)閥門。因熱動(dòng)力式疏水閥的工作動(dòng)力來(lái)源于蒸汽，所以蒸汽浪費(fèi)比較大。結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、耐水擊、最大背為50%，有噪音，閥片工作頻繁，使用壽命短。

　　This type of drain valve, based on the principle of phase change, relies on the different thermodynamic principles of the flow rate and volume changes of steam and condensed water passing through, causing different pressure differences between the upper and lower valve plates to drive the valve plate to open and close. When the steam in the steam trap chamber cools down into condensed water, the pressure inside the chamber disappears. The condensate is pushed open by the working pressure, and the condensate continues to be discharged, circulating and intermittently draining.

　　脈沖式疏水閥有兩個(gè)孔板根據(jù)蒸汽壓降變化調(diào)節(jié)閥門開關(guān)，即使閥門完全關(guān)閉入口和出口也是通過(guò)第一、第二個(gè)小孔相通，始終處于不完全關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，蒸汽不斷溢出，漏汽量大。該疏水閥動(dòng)作頻率很高，磨損厲害、壽命較短。體積小、耐水擊，能排出空氣和飽和溫度水，接近連續(xù)排水，最大背壓25%，因此使用者很少。

　　孔板式疏水閥是根據(jù)不同的排水量，選擇不同孔徑的孔板，達(dá)到控制排水量的目的。結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，選擇不合適會(huì)出現(xiàn)排水不及或大量跑汽，不適用于間歇生產(chǎn)的用汽設(shè)備或冷凝水量波動(dòng)大的用汽設(shè)備。
